Tonight, I'm on the other side of things for a change. I will be reading a few different role in a good friend's play, Rob Cardazone's "Go Gently Forward."
It'll be performed at Ripley-Grier Studios in Midtown at 8pm tonight.
The reading is directed by Guy Stroman, and it features George Abud, Jennifer Blood, Kendall Lloyd, John Pasha, Brittany N. Williams, Patrick McCarthy, Chuck Bradley, Katherine Wessling and myself.
The play is set in Manhattan in the late 1950s. I get to act as a beatnik, a drunk Englishman, and the ghost of a teenage plumber. Typecast, anyone?
